Northeast Oklahoma is the western edge of the Ozarks and is part of Oklahoma's Green Country.  Many people have an image of Oklahoma from its dust bowl days: dry and dusty.  Northeast Oklahoma 

It is incredibly diverse in it's attractions both man-made and natural.  Route 66 runs through here and many of the native American tribes live here.
